No Refunds Policy

Please note that once a payment or subscription fee is processed via our platform (e.g., through Razorpay), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

1. Subscription Transactions

When utilizing our subscription services as a candidate or a company, your payment grants immediate access to the agreed digital platform services and professional manpower matching resources. Because these are immediate-access digital provisions and high-velocity operational engagements, all transactions are considered final.

2. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time through your dashboard or by writing to contact support. However, cancellation only prevents future billed cycles. The fees for the current active cycle remain non-refundable.

3. Dispute Policy
